There are no cookie-cutter plans. Sessions are hands-on: a real calendar, job application, routine, or conversation that needs practice.

Beyond the work
Gregory is based in Marin County, but most coaching is available remotely through Google Meet. Flexible daytime scheduling is encouraged, with limited evening and in-person availability when appropriate.
