How Coaching Works
Step 1: Book Your Free Consultation
We talk for 30 minutes about your goals and challenges. No pressure, just an honest conversation about whether coaching is the right fit.

Step 2: Get Your Personalized Plan
Sessions are 60 minutes via video call or in-person in Northern California. Every client gets a personalized plan using my Castellanos Compass framework.

The Castellanos Compass guides our work through four phases:
- Clarity - Get clear on where you are and where you want to go
- Alignment - Align your daily actions with your goals
- Foundation - Build practical skills and systems that stick
- Expansion - Apply your new skills to every area of life

Step 3: Track Progress
We work at your pace. Everything is confidential and judgment-free. This is your space to figure things out without being judged or misunderstood.

Step 4: Build Real Independence
You'll see measurable improvements in organization, confidence, and independence. We track progress and adjust as needed.
