About
Gregory Castellanos

For over 15 years, I've worked with neurodivergent teens and adults who want real confidence and independence. Not the fake "just think positive" stuff. Real skills. Real systems. Real change.
I got into this work because I kept seeing capable people stuck. Not because they lacked ability, but because they were using strategies that don't work for neurodivergent brains. Traditional advice like "just make a to-do list" or "be more social" doesn't cut it when your brain operates differently.
My Approach I don't believe in cookie-cutter solutions. Every brain works differently. We start with where you are now, identify what you want to achieve, and build practical strategies that fit your actual life. I use the Castellanos Compass framework with every client. A proven system that moves through clarity, alignment, foundation, and expansion. It gives structure to our work while staying flexible enough to adapt to what you need.
